• The maximum contribution per donor is $250.

• This contribution must be made from the donor's own funds and funds cannot be provided to the donor by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

• Donor must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.

• Donations are not tax deductible for income tax purposes.
